Cynthia Radford works with leaders around the world to
develop leadership capabilities for mobilizing and energizing their organizations.
Before launching her consulting practice in early 1998, Cynthia worked as
a Manager of Management & Organizational Development, Instructional Designer,
Training Specialist and Performance Consultant with various organizations including
Arthur Andersen & Company, Walgreen Corporation, and Unisys Corporation. Cynthia
uses a wide range of approaches to enhance leadership, ignite new levels of creativity,

Cynthia brings a global perspective to her clients. She's worked with business leaders from more than 25 countries over the past 18 years.
She's designed and facilitated leadership and team workshops throughout the US and
abroad including Argentina, Canada, Brazil, Switzerland, Colombia, Malaysia, Germany,
China, Australia, Hong Kong, Thailand and the UK.
Cynthia holds an MS in Instructional
Design and a BS in Nutrition from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, USA. She's a member of
the International Organization Development Association and the International Leadership Association and
serves on the International Center of the Upstate Board of Directors in Greenville, South Carolina. (With more than 235 international
firms, South Carolina's Upstate region hosts the highest international investment
per capita in the US.) She presents at national and regional conferences and has
speaking experience before groups of up to 2,000.
A native of Asheville,
North Carolina, Cynthia enjoys hiking in the Appalachian mountains, and is an avid
gardener, scuba diver, traveler, and photographer. Recent adventures took her to
Peru, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Dominica, Honduras, China and Russia (See

and her four cats.
